En 2022, en el marco del Día Internacional de los Museos, Nayeli Zepeda compartió con la Red de Museos Etnográficos de Asturias —cuyas instituciones ya habían trabajado con el Modelo de Madurez— la fundación de Empathetic Museum, su filosofía, y las características clave de un museo empático. El encuentro fue moderado por Alva Rodríguez, responsable del Museo Etnográfico de Quirós.

In 2022, as part of International Museum Day, Nayeli Zepeda shared with the Network of Ethnographic Museums of Asturias —whose institutions had already worked with the Maturity Model— the founding of the Empathetic Museum, its philosophy, and the key characteristics of an empathetic museum. The event was moderated by Alva Rodríguez, head of the Ethnographic Museum of Quirós.
